All the products enclose a detailed file, which includes a description of the item, as ell as its availability.

PRICE

The detailed prices of every itme include the VAT (Value Added Tax). The cost of postage is indicated to the client in a detached way at the moment of the order.

PAYMENT

All the purchases are paid by credit or debit card.
All the bank and personal trnansactions are carried out in a secure environment, which uses the SSL patterns. GUANTE VARADÉ never receives the data of your credit card.
These are directly sent to our bank, which processes the payment and notifies us the execution of the transaction.

DELIVERY

The order will depart just the day after your purchase on the Internet.
The delivery will be done at the address indicated by the client.
The delivery period, fixed on the page, is indicative. Nevertheless, our Transpor Company and GUANTE VARADÉ will try to respect this period, not being responsible
in case of exceeding the initially estimated period, which is between 1 and 4 working days.
If, for any reason, the order had to be delayed (lack of stock, trasport strikes, etc...), we will get in touch with you to communicate it.

REFUND AND CHANGE

In the period marked by law (seven days since the receipt of the order), you can exercise your right of resolution.
1- If the size is no convenient or you prefer change the colour, you have a maximum of 7 days to change your pair of gloves without wearing it. Take into account
the gloves colours can vary slightly, depending on the setting of the monitors.
2- If the goods were faulty, GUANTE VARADÉ, will act according to the law of faulty items. So, we will replace the item with and identical order.
3- GUANTE VARADÉ will equally proceed to refund the cost of the good when due to non-attributable reasons(direct or indirect) to it, it will be ijpossible to serve it.
In case of controversy or conflict, which may derive from the interpretation or fulfillment of these particular sale conditions, they will be solved in courts of Madrid.
GUANTE VARADÉ will accept the mentioned right of unique resolution and only when the goods are in the same condition as the delivery one, ready for sale, with its original packing
and in perfect condition.

INSTRUCTIONS OF CHANGE

Apply for a refund vie e-mail in the period of 7 days since the date you received the order.
Write an e-mail to contact@varade.com informing us about the reasons of your refund.
The transport of any change will be paid by you. Choose the mean of transport you want. GUANTE VARADÉ is not responsible for the problems arosen during the transportation of the return. Gloves are very delicate items. For this reason we beg your FULFIL THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
GUANTE VARADÉ will only accept the return of the goods if the article has not been worn and it is in perfect condition. It must be intact with all its pieces,
with its original labelling and with its packing in good condition.
The return must fulfil these conditions to be accepted.
